1. First Step
The first step in the process with Bounse is to book an initial appointment which is conducted over the phone. This appointment will generally take between 40 to 60 minutes.
This appointment is very important as it provides us with the opportunity to learn about you (and potentially the family member that you’d like us to assess and potentially help). This is the start of what we call your Bounse Story.
Before we start to do any assessments, it is very important to us to understand the broader picture and what else is going on in your life. This appointment also gives you the opportunity to find out more about Bounse and also ask any questions you may have about the next steps / costs etc. Following this appointment, we will put together a report which will go to your Bounse clinician if you decide to go ahead with an assessment appointment.

After the testing we will provide you with a comprehensive report covering our findings. Depending on how conclusive the results from our tests are… we can also discuss with you any options / next steps / recommendations.
For some people, one of the initial steps is to look at a Remote Microphone (RM) or Frequency Modulation (FM) systems or hearing aids.

Bounse sells a range of devices – and can also help you apply for funding if you meet the eligibility criteria.
Bounse also has a very limited number of devices that are available to hire.
